Reconsideration Requests
In the event that the FTA makes a decision that is unfavorable to them, they may file a reconsideration request.
This application, as well as any supporting materials, must be presented entirely in Arabic. The FTA will not investigate any application or supporting paperwork that is not written in English.
Requests for reconsideration must be submitted within 20 business days of the FTA’s decision date, and any VAT amounts and/or penalties must have been paid.
